Internship Overview

As part of our Equipment Intelligence Deployment Team, you'll help implement a cutting-edge asset identification program that gives critical equipment a “voice.” This includes tagging laboratory equipment, uploading equipment data, and ensuring field and research staff can access real-time service history, compliance documents, and technical specifications through a simple scan.

This hands-on, tech-focused internship is ideal for students or recent grads passionate about biomedical innovation, healthcare technology, and IoT (Internet of Things) systems.

 Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and activation of NFC/QR tags on medical and research equipment across client sites

Capture and enter detailed equipment information into our cloud-based platform

Coordinate with technicians, researchers, and administrators to ensure the successful onboarding of assets

Audit and verify equipment data during site visits to universities, hospitals, and research labs

Support QA efforts by reviewing tag performance and assisting in user testing

Learn and follow compliance protocols related to sensitive laboratory environments

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Strong comfort level with mobile apps, cloud platforms, and field-based digital tools

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Interest in medical technology, asset intelligence, and process improvement
