Social Media and Public Relations Coordinator
Fred Astaire Dance Studios Syracuse is looking for a creative, energetic Social Media & PR Coordinator to join our team in Fayetteville, NY!
In this role, you'll help us grow our online presence, engage our community, and share the magic of what happens inside our studio — from stunning student transformations to exciting competitions and events.
What You'll Do:
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
- Photograph and film studio events, lessons, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and stories
- Help develop campaigns that attract new students and spotlight our instructors
- Assist with PR outreach, including local press and community partnerships
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for social media and content creation
- Comfort being on camera and behind the lens
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-player attitude
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 12–9 PM (part-time hours)
- Ability to come into the studio in person on a regular schedule
- Minimum six-month commitment
- No dance experience required — just enthusiasm for storytelling and community!
