Social Media Brand Manager (Youth Sports Content – Part-Time)
Location: Miami-Dade County (on-site at training locations)
Hours: Approximately 5–10 hours per week
Schedule: Typically weekday evenings, 5:00–7:00 PM (hours may vary by schedule and events)
Job Summary
Oasis Futsal Academy is a fast-growing youth sports organization focused on modernizing futsal and soccer performance training. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our online presence across platforms.
This role combines content creation, filming, editing, and social media management. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and understands how to build and engage a digital audience while planning for long-term growth. This position is ideal for students interested in social media marketing, content creation, sports media, or digital storytelling who want real-world experience working with a growing brand.
Compensation
$25/hour. Expected commitment of approximately 5–10 hours per week, with weekly hours varying based on training schedules and events.
This is a paid position.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and edit short-form video content (primarily vertical) during training sessions and events
- Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and maintain a content calendar to plan and execute short-term and long-term content strategies
- Stay up to date with social media trends and apply them to content strategy
- Develop creative content ideas that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement
- Collaborate with the coaching and operations team to capture key moments and stories
- Maintain brand voice, consistency, and overall aesthetic across platforms
