Evolution Concepts is a fast-growing business development team based in Louisville, KY, partnering with AT&T to help local businesses improve their communication and technology services. We specialize in face-to-face client interaction, leadership development, and building strong teams from the ground up. POSITION OVERVIEW

This is an entry-level Account Manager role where you’ll work directly with business clients in a face-to-face setting. You’ll learn how to communicate with decision-makers, build relationships, and manage accounts while gaining real-world experience in sales, business development, and leadership.

This is a great fit for recent grads or anyone looking to build confidence, develop professional skills, and grow quickly in a team-driven environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Meet with local business owners and decision-makers in person
  • Present AT&T products and service options
  • Build and manage relationships with business clients
  • Learn how to develop and maintain accounts
  • Participate in team trainings and daily development sessions
  • Work alongside a team to hit weekly and monthly goals
  • Gain experience in communication, sales, and leadership

SCHEDULE + ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Louisville, KY.
