Digital Internship - McLean Hospital

This role is located at McLean Hospital and will be part of the larger MGB Digital team. McLean is looking for an intern who is interested in IT: hardware deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting end users’ computers and software.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program required; relevant field highly preferred

As a Mass General Brigham Digital Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
Contribute to the Organization:
- Support Digital projects: Interns will assist in ongoing projects, providing valuable help to Digital staff while learning in the process.

Several events will be held over the 10 weeks to provide an opportunity to learn about MGB and become familiar with company culture. Events include:
- Digital Orientation & Welcome
- Weekly virtual coffee & conversation
- Hospital tours
- Digital Town Hall at Assembly Row
- Career seminar with MGB department leaders
- Marlborough Data Center Tour
- Final “Graduation” Day!
Additionally, interns will participate in job shadows and group project assignments to support MGB Digital initiatives!
Working Schedule:
- Required internship dates: June 1 - August 7, 2026
- Up to 40 hours per week
- McLean Hospital: 115 Mill St, Belmont, MA 02478; Office located in the Centre Building
- Hybrid (4 days on site, 1 day remote)
