Lead Software Engineer

A fast-growing global technology organization is seeking experienced Lead Software Engineers to drive innovation and lead high-impact development initiatives. Role:
๐Ÿ”น Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
๐Ÿ”น Design and develop scalable solutions with a focus on Salesforce (Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud)
๐Ÿ”น Participate in full software development lifecycle including requirements, design, development, and deployment
๐Ÿ”น Drive system-level architecture and implementation of custom solutions
๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with product, UX, and business teams to deliver high-quality features
๐Ÿ”น Oversee Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery commitments
๐Ÿ”น Integrate systems using modern tools and technologies such as Mulesoft and AI-driven platforms
๐Ÿ”น Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance optimization.

Requirements:
๐Ÿ”น Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)
๐Ÿ”น 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles
๐Ÿ”น Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Lightning, Apex, Visualforce)
๐Ÿ”น Experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and system integrations
๐Ÿ”น Familiarity with AI tools, data visualization platforms, and cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS)
๐Ÿ”น Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments and leading engineering teams
๐Ÿ”น Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
