Business Development Intern

Our prestigious nonprofit, https://ChangingThePresent.org, offers outstanding Business Development internships.

What you’ll do:
• Identify and pursue new partners that expand our reach: nonprofits, mission-aligned brands, campus groups, and distribution channels.
• Build outreach systems that scale: target lists, segmentation, messaging, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking with clear next steps.
• Run partner conversations end-to-end: discovery, value proposition, alignment on goals, next-step planning, and handoff to onboarding.
• Create partner-ready materials: short pitches, one-pagers, decks, FAQs, and email templates that make it easy to say “yes.”
• Support partnership onboarding: requirements gathering, timelines, coordination across internal teams, and operational follow-through.
• Track pipeline health and outcomes: stage progression, conversion rates, time-to-close, and reasons deals stall or fail.
• Help improve our partnership strategy by learning from real conversations: which segments respond, what they care about, and how to sharpen our offer.
• Work in a professional workflow: teams, shared tools, Kanban tickets, clear deliverables, and regular mentor check-ins.
