Data Science Intern

What you’ll do:

• Turn messy, real-world product and donation data into trusted datasets, metrics, and insights the team actually uses.

• Analyze donor behavior and user engagement to identify what drives conversion, retention, and better gifting outcomes.

• Design and evaluate measurement for new features and initiatives (baseline metrics, success criteria, experiment readouts).

• Build lightweight data products (automated reports, monitoring, and dashboards) that keep stakeholders aligned and reduce manual work.

• Write reproducible analysis, document assumptions, and help improvedata quality, consistency, and responsible data handling.

• Work in a professional workflow: teams, version control, peer review,

• Kanban tickets, weekly sprint planning, clear deliverables, and regular mentor check-ins.
