Business Management Trainee
About the Role
We’re looking for ambitious, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Business Management Trainees with full training provided and exposure to multiple areas of the business.
As a Business Management Trainee, you’ll serve as the face of our clients, building new customer relationships, supporting existing ones, and representing client products with professionalism and enthusiasm. You’ll learn how to qualify leads, close sales, and grow client accounts, all while developing the skills to advance into leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute in-store sales and marketing strategies through direct customer interaction
• Close sales while maintaining strong business relationships
• Develop and implement marketing programs to grow awareness and customer base
• Identify and reach out to target prospects and decision-makers
• Stay current on product knowledge and contribute to internal training efforts
• Understand competitor offerings to position our clients’ products effectively
