Marketing and Life Enrichment Coordinator

Position Summary
 
Loudonville Assisted Living Residence is seeking a motivated and creative recent graduate from a marketing program to join our team as a Marketing and Life Enrichment Coordinator. This is a newly developed position that will be built from the ground up in collaboration with leadership. The role is designed to integrate marketing strategy with life enrichment programming, recognizing that both areas play a critical role in shaping the public perception and overall experience of our community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and creating meaningful experiences for older adults. This individual will support the promotion of our vibrant environment through strategic marketing initiatives while maintaining a strong understanding of daily life enrichment programming. 

Key Responsibilities 

Develop and execute marketing strategies that promote the community’s brand, values, and services to prospective residents and families. 

Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent and compelling storytelling. 

Collaborate with leadership to build and refine marketing workflows, campaigns, and outreach efforts. Support and coordinate life enrichment programming with a focus on aligning activities with marketing and public engagement goals. 

Capture and highlight resident experiences, events, and community life through photos, videos, and written content. Utilize and maintain customer relationship management systems to track leads, analyze engagement, and support admissions efforts. 

Assist with tours, events, and community outreach initiatives as needed. Monitor trends in senior living, marketing, and social media to continuously enhance strategies. 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or expected graduation within the current academic year. 

Strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, and brand development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative in a newly developed role. 

Comfortable engaging with older adults and demonstrating empathy and professionalism in a senior living environment. 

Experience or familiarity with CRM systems is preferred. Basic photography, videography, or graphic design skills are a plus.
