We don't care what you studied. We care what you can figure out. We're looking for someone who drops into any situation, finds the angle, and makes something happen - with AI as their unfair advantage.

This is an early team role at SpotsNow - a $1.5M-backed AI platform changing how brands advertise on podcasts and YouTube. You'll be one of the first people in Nashville, working directly with the founders, across sales, operations, client success, and whatever else needs to get done.

Think of it as Zillow for podcast advertising. Every signal, score, and data point surfaced so a brand can make a confident buy without a six-figure agency retainer.

The Role

Title: Founding Team - Growth & Special Ops

Location: Nashville, TN - in person (We've just moved our HQ to Nashville (originally started in San Francisco).

Start: ASAP

Background: Any major. Philosophy, psych, business, comms, MBA - doesn't matter. We want smart people who grow fast and work extra hard.

This role has three sides to it:

The Account executive / sales side: You'll be on calls with brands, owning relationships, selling customers, and being the person clients trust. Prior sales, account management, or customer-facing experience is a genuine plus - even if it was an internship. You need to communicate quickly and attention to detail is critical.

The Special Ops side: You'll be dropped into problems with no playbook and expected to figure them out. New markets, new channels, broken processes, things nobody has done before. You come back with a solution, not a status update.

Marketing / Social Media: You'll be building and directing our company content and demand engine to bring new advertisers in and start their first campaigns.

AI is how you do all of it at 10x speed. We expect you to use Claude, Claude Code, and whatever tools make you faster - for research, outreach, campaign ops, client prep, all of it.

What you'll own

  • A slice of the sales pipeline - prospect, pitch, close, retain
  • Client relationships end-to-end: onboarding, campaign ops, renewals.
  • Opening new markets and channels - identifying angles we haven't tried and running at them
  • Building systems and processes as you go - not waiting for a playbook to exist
  • Feeding insights from the field back into product and strategy
  • Building our social content and profiles so we're hard to miss online.

The Package

  • Base salary: $50,000 + commission
  • On-target earnings: $62,000-$75,000 in year one (base plus commission if you hit quota)
  • Equity: Founding team equity - vests over time, priced to reflect how early you're coming in
  • Other Perks: Office breakfast and gym membership included plus office snacks and coffee. 
  • Location: Nashville, TN - in person (in our Germantown office).

Who you are

  • You're a recent grad (any major) who is sharp and hungry or has 2-3 years professional experience. 
  • Huge learning role to ramp up into a first class operator
  • We love entrepreneurs and gritty people who can generally figure anything out
  • You're willing to put in the hours to make a career splash and grow faster
  • You move fast, and your sense of time is aggressive. 
  • Some sales, account management, or customer-facing experience is a plus - internship counts
  • Already using AI tools seriously, curious to go deeper
  • Comfortable being thrown into client calls and new situations and figuring it out in real time
  • Nashville-based or ready to relocate
  • The kind of person who comes back with options and solutions, not a question about whether they should try
