Commercial Sales Representative

This is not a typical part-time job. 

Elevate Commercial Cleaning is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving South Florida — and we're looking for ambitious, coachable students who want to learn real B2B sales and earn serious money doing it. No cold call scripts. No cubicle. Real clients, real deals, real commission.

What you'll do

Prospect and identify new commercial accounts (offices, medical buildings, property managers)

Reach out to decision-makers via cold outreach, networking, and in-person visits

Set appointments and walk prospects through our service offering

Close recurring service contracts and earn commission on every deal you land

Report pipeline activity and build your book of business from the ground up

What we're looking for

Self-starters who don't need hand-holding to get moving

Business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or communications majors (not required — drive matters more)

Strong communicators who can confidently talk to business owners and decision-makers

Reliable transportation to visit prospects across South Florida

No experience required — we will train you from day one
