Performance Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid advertising while protecting a premium brand image. This role has full control over performance decisions and creative standards.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Control budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization
- Decide what campaigns to scale, pause, or shut down
- Monitor performance and optimize for ROI and lead quality
- Set and approve ad hooks, visuals, and tone
- Ensure all ads align with a luxury brand standard
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads
- Strong performance and analytical mindset
- Ability to make clear, data-driven decisions
- Strong eye for creative and brand quality
