Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid advertising while protecting a premium brand image. This role has full control over performance decisions and creative standards.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Control budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization
  • Decide what campaigns to scale, pause, or shut down
  • Monitor performance and optimize for ROI and lead quality
  • Set and approve ad hooks, visuals, and tone
  • Ensure all ads align with a luxury brand standard

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads
  • Strong performance and analytical mindset
  • Ability to make clear, data-driven decisions
  • Strong eye for creative and brand quality

Compensation: Based on experience
Location: Remote
