Location: Dallas, TX (in-person only)
Type: Part-time (with room to grow)
Pay: Hourly (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to help create content for Study Notes ABA, PairABA, CEUs by Study Notes ABA, and the Behavior Bitches Podcast.

This is not a boring social media job. You will be in the room where ideas happen, helping turn fast, chaotic, brilliant thoughts into actual content that gets posted.

You’ll work directly with the founder, which means:

  • Things move fast
  • Ideas come constantly
  • Execution matters more than perfection

This is an in-person role in Dallas, TX.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turning ideas into posts, captions, and short-form videos
  • Filming content (iPhone-style, reels, trending formats)
  • Editing videos (CapCut preferred but not required)
  • Posting and scheduling content
  • Responding to comments and DMs in brand voice
  • Keeping up with trends and bringing new ideas weekly
  • Helping brainstorm content that people actually want to watch

  • You know what makes people stop scrolling
  • You’re creative but can also execute quickly
  • You don’t need to be micromanaged
  • You’re reliable (this matters more than anything)

  • You’re into marketing / branding / content strategy
  • You’re comfortable being around filming

  • Content is going out consistently

  • The founder is no longer sitting on 47 content ideas that never got posted
