We’re an online boutique for women and girls who love style that’s on-trend, confidence-boosting, and easy to wear. Every piece we carry is thoughtfully chosen—and every word we share should feel just as intentional.

We’re looking for a Copywriter to become the voice of our brand across every touchpoint. This role is all about bringing The Mint to life through words—whether that’s a product description that makes you need it in your cart, an email you actually want to open, or a caption that feels like it was written just for you.

Responsibilities

 

The Copywriter responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy across all channels (Website, Social, Product Naming/Description, Ad, Content, Blog, SEO, and more)
  • Own product descriptions—from first draft to final polish—ensuring they’re accurate, engaging, and conversion-driven
  • Help define and evolve The Mint’s voice so it feels consistent everywhere our customer meets us
  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Develop messaging that reflects current trends while staying true to our brand identity
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain a high standard of quality and consistency
  • Reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing

Qualifications

 

We employ highly motivated people who work hard and love what they do. A successful applicant for this role will be passionate about storytelling, marketing, and fashion retail. She must also be a fast-paced worker and self-starter who can deliver under deadlines.

As our Copywriter, you will serve as the voice of our brand—bringing our products, campaigns, and customer experience to life through thoughtful, engaging, and on-brand content across all channels.

In addition to passion, excellence, and a do-what-it-takes attitude, we are looking for someone who:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent years of practical relevant experience
  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Copywriting
     
  • Strong writing skills with a clear, conversational, and engaging tone with a sharp eye for grammar, clarity, and consistency
  • Creative thinker who understands how words influence customer behavior
  • Has a passion for fashion and a strong understanding of our customer
  • Understands how to write with both creativity and conversion in mind, ability to respond to inquiries with little or no oversight
     
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple deadlines at once
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Shopify,  web copy best practices, familiarity with SEO principles, SEMRush, and GA4
  • Strong ability to analyze data and understanding of KPI's, traffic metrics and SEO
