Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associate
DelaGroup Management, Inc is expanding our wireless and telecommunications division in the San Diego area and hiring Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associates who want to build real skills in sales, customer service, telecommunications, wireless technology, and account management. This full-time position is designed for candidates who enjoy helping customers, learning new products, and growing into leadership roles.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associate
- Engage with customers to explain wireless plans, internet services, and device options
- Assist with enrollments, activations, upgrades, service changes, and account updates
- Recommend wireless and telecom solutions that fit customer needs and eligibility
- Provide consistent customer service, customer support, and customer guidance
- Maintain accurate customer account records and daily sales activity
- Support team goals in customer acquisition, sales conversions, and account retention
- Learn wireless products, pricing, promotions, and telecom service features
- Work with leadership to strengthen sales techniques and customer engagement skills
As an Entry Level Sales & Marketing Associate, you will speak directly with customers, explain wireless and internet service options, assist with enrollments, and support day-to-day sales activity. You’ll gain experience in customer communication, telecom product knowledge, sales presentations, and customer account support, all while working in a supportive, growth-driven environment.
