Position Overview
This internship is designed for students interested in social media strategy, content systems, and digital growth within the entertainment and media industry.
The intern will support the development of a structured content strategy across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, helping to organize how content is planned, categorized, and distributed.
This is a training-focused, portfolio-building internship where interns will contribute to building a real content system that supports brand visibility, audience growth, and business objectives.

Responsibilities (Training-Based)
- Assist in organizing content across categories (educational, promotional, storytelling, etc.)
- Support development of posting structure across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Help map how long-form content (Diary of Asjai Lou™, That’s My Friend™) converts into short-form clips
- Assist in building a repurposing system for content distribution
- Collaborate with design and production teams to align content with visual and video output
Mentorship & Learning Structure
- Weekly check-ins and feedback sessions
- Guided support on content strategy and platform structure
- Project-based learning with portfolio-ready outcomes
- Exposure to real media production and digital growth systems
Qualifications
- Currently a junior or senior (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
- Strong interest in social media strategy and digital content
- Ability to think in systems, not just individual posts
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
