🚀 About the Opportunity:
Ever wonder how businesses actually stay organized behind the scenes? How events, emails, follow-ups, and customer info don’t get lost in the chaos?
This internship is your chance to learn real-world systems and tools used by businesses and nonprofits every day — from automating emails to organizing client info and building workflows that save time (and headaches).
We’re looking for a few detail-driven interns to help us manage the tech side of our operations for both:
🎧 Big Day Productions (DJ & photo booth events)
🤝 Go Local FXBG (a nonprofit helping local businesses + community)
No experience with “CRM” software? No worries — we’ll teach you everything.
🛠️ What You’ll Learn & Do:
Learn what a CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) is — and why it’s the brain of a modern business
Help update and organize contacts, event info, forms, and leads in Go High Level (our main system)
Customize forms and automated reminders for clients and donors
Build out visual workflows and task boards
Track email/text activity and help clean up contact lists
Help make everything smoother for real clients, events, and nonprofit campaigns
🎯 Ideal For You If:
You’re organized, curious, and love learning how systems work
You’re not scared of spreadsheets or checking boxes
You want behind-the-scenes skills that aren’t taught in marketing or business classes
You like being the person who helps make chaos make sense
Bonus: interest in tech, automation, or digital marketing (but not required!)
💡 What You’ll Gain:
Hands-on experience with one of the most in-demand business tools out there
A crash course in organizing real events, clients, and campaigns
Skills you can use in marketing, admin, entrepreneurship, or operations
Flexible hours + weekly check-ins with a supportive team
Letter of completion and help getting college credit if needed
🧾 Requirements:
Reliable Wi-Fi + availability for 1-2 weekly Zoom check-in
Able to commit 5–10 hrs/week
Willing to sign an NDA (we work with real client data)
To Apply:
Send your resume and a short note about why this sounds cool to you. No stuffy cover letter needed — just be yourself.
