Position Overview
Can be: Full Time, Part Time, Temp to Perm
The Client Experience Associate serves as a vital connector between our clients and our internal creative teams. In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensure flawless project coordination, and help cultivate the trusted partnerships that define C&A Digital's reputation. You will be exposed to a wide range of disciplines—from brand strategy and copy development to video production—giving you a rich, well-rounded foundation in agency life.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Communication
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
Prepare and distribute clear, accurate client-facing communications including meeting agendas, contact reports, and status updates
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless start to each engagement
Proactively identify and communicate any client concerns, escalating when appropriate
Project Coordination
Partner with the Client Experience team to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Track project milestones and flag risks to keep work on schedule and within scope
Coordinate internal workflow between creative departments to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient production cycles
Manage and maintain project management tools and shared documentation
Support the routing and trafficking of projects ensuring they meet client specifications and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate version control and timelines for all projects
Strategic Support
Participate in discovery sessions and help translate client objectives into clear internal creative briefs
Support account leads in preparing presentations, proposals, and performance reports
Conduct secondary research to support campaign planning and client strategy
Agency Operations
Assist with trafficking and routing of creative and strategic assets through review and approval cycles
Maintain up-to-date records within agency systems (status docs, asset libraries, contact databases)
Contribute to a positive agency culture by being a collaborative, solutions-oriented team member
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
Recent college graduate or up to 2 years of experience in account management, client services, project coordination, or a related agency or marketing role
Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional poise in client-facing settings
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
A collaborative spirit and adaptability in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Prior agency experience, particularly within a creative or digital marketing environment
Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is a plus
Experience with CRM platforms or media trafficking tools
