We’re building a modern beverage company at the intersection of wellness, fitness, and pop culture, and we’re looking for a creative, hungry self-starter to help bring the brand to life on social media.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager Intern who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms. This role is ideal for a college student interested in brand building, content creation, and startup culture. You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to help shape Dirty Pop’s social voice from the ground up.

This is a paid internship with a clear opportunity to transition into a paid role based on performance, consistency, and impact.

Responsibilities
• Create, edit, and publish short-form content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories
• Help develop and execute a weekly content calendar
• Stay on top of trends, sounds, memes, and formats relevant to Gen Z and young professionals
• Assist with product launches, brand moments, and event coverage
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and help grow the community organically
• Analyze basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
• Collaborate with founders on brand tone, messaging, and creative direction

Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in college (marketing, communications, media, or related field preferred but not required)
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta, and Instagram
• Comfortable filming and editing content on your phone (CapCut, native apps, etc.)
• Creative, proactive, and willing to test ideas quickly
• Interest in consumer brands, wellness, fitness, food and beverage, or startups
• NYC-based strongly preferred or able to be in NYC periodically

Time Commitment
