Position Summary:

2G Energy North America is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Digital Marketing & Content Associate to support the development of digital content and marketing initiatives across the Caribbean, Canada, Latin America, and the United States.

This position is ideal for a creative, organized marketing professional who can translate complex energy and engineering topics into clear, engaging digital media. The role will support a range of initiatives, including social media, website content, trade show marketing, campaigns, product launches, and visual storytelling in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support bilingual digital content for social media, website updates, email campaigns, and broader marketing initiatives
• Create graphics, short-form video, visual assets, and campaign support materials
• Assist with marketing efforts surrounding trade shows, product launches, and customer events
• Support the development of case studies, technical collateral, and customer success content
• Coordinate digital media needs across marketing channels to maintain brand consistency
• Work with internal teams, including marketing, sales, engineering, and leadership, to translate technical information into accessible marketing content
• Assist with content organization, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing support as needed

Qualifications:

• Spanish language proficiency (mandatory) 
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital media, content creation, or a related field
• Experience with Microsoft, Apple, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design and video editing tools
• Familiarity with social media marketing, digital campaigns, and content development
• Strong written, visual, and organizational communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with technical, industrial, or engineering-related subject matter

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the energy, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Photography and videography experience, particularly in technical or industrial environments
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn and B2B digital marketing best practices
• Spanish language proficiency (mandatory)
