Sales & Partnerships Intern

Outland Club Co. is seeking a driven, confident, and outgoing Sales & Partnerships Intern to help expand our brand through strategic outreach and real-world connections. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in sales, business development, and lifestyle brands.

You’ll play a key role in growing Outland Club Co. by connecting with businesses, brands, events, and retail stores to introduce our custom hat offerings and wholesale opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to brands, companies, and event organizers to pitch custom Outland hats
  • Identify and connect with retail stores for wholesale opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with potential partners and clients
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and outreach messaging
  • Track leads, conversations, and deals in an organized manner
  • Represent Outland Club Co. professionally in meetings, emails, and calls

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in outreach (DMs, email, in-person, or calls)
  • Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset
  • Organized and able to manage multiple leads/opportunities
