Founding Growth & Operations Associate
LifeText.ai is a seed-stage AI startup (co-founders from MIT & Cornell) building a platform that enables life improvement influencers - fitness coaches, nutritionists, therapists, spiritual guides, parenting experts - to create SMS-based content subscription businesses powered by AI. Think supercharged Patreon meets text messaging, designed to drive real behavioral change in subscribers’ lives.
We’re hiring a Founding Growth & Operations Associate to work directly with our CMO across sales support, marketing, creator onboarding, customer success, and operations. This is a paid role with flexible hours and format (remote, hybrid, or in-person).
This isn’t a typical internship. You’ll have real responsibilities from day one, use AI tools daily as part of your workflow, and gain hands-on experience across the full startup stack.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Scout high-potential influencers using proprietary SOPs and tools.
- Support the sales pipeline: prep demo materials, manage follow-ups, maintain CRM records.
- Help onboard, launch, and support creators on our platform.
- Maintain and improve SOPs across sales, marketing, customer success, and development.
- Support both sides of our marketplace (creators and subscribers) and surface insights.
- Use multiple LLMs daily as core working tools across every function.
WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

WHO YOU ARE
- Current student or recent graduate.
- Curious about AI, startups, the creator economy, or digital marketing.
- Fast learner who can absorb new tools and processes quickly.
- Strong communicator — comfortable with professional writing and calls.
- Self-directed, reliable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with CRM tools, project management, or marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or content strategy.
- Prior use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) beyond casual use.
COMPENSATION & DETAILS
- $1,000–$1,500/month (based on experience, hours, and performance).
- Flexible format: remote, hybrid, or in-person.
- Reports directly to the CMO.
