Summer Intern, AI and Automation

CourtAvenue is a company of industry experts accelerating digital transformation for the world’s most ambitious companies.

At CourtAvenue, you will be a part of a culture powered by entrepreneurs, technologists, data scientists and the habitually restless dedicated and energized to design products and services that transform businesses while optimizing them for growth. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a culture that values innovation while focusing on redesigning the experience between consumer and service (or product) by leveraging a fluid, seamless, and thoroughly transparent engagement.

CourtAvenue’s AI & Automation Summer Internship is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of emerging technology and business growth. As the landscape of work shifts toward intelligent automation, we are looking for interns who don’t just use AI, but build with it. You will work directly with a lean marketing and growth infrastructure at a fast-growing digital marketing agency to identify manual processes and replace them with high-functioning AI agents that drive efficiency in business development, account management, branding and public relations.

Our goal is to help you learn and grow by putting you at the forefront of the AI revolution. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals while gaining hands-on experience in building the future of agency operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Automation Opportunities: Audit existing workflows in marketing, business development, and account management to find "habitual" tasks ripe for automation.
  • Build AI Agents: Design, test, and deploy AI agents (using tools like Claude or specialized LLM frameworks) to handle complex tasks such as competitive research, lead generation, and content assembly.
  • Operational Excellence: Create automations that decrease manual tasks, such as database entry, email prospecting, and social media planning.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with UX, data, and creative teams to ensure AI solutions are cohesive, innovative, and aligned with our brand standards.
  • Demonstrate Growth: Present 5–6 specific automations or AI-driven improvements that measurably increase team productivity or decrease operational costs.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest trends in generative AI and how they can be applied to digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Field of Study: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field with a heavy emphasis on technology and logic.
  • AI Proficiency: Experience working with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.) and a deep interest in prompt engineering and AI agent orchestration.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to look at a manual process and "see" the automated solution.
  • Technical Agility: Proficiency or openness to learning tools like Figma, Python, or automation platforms to bridge the gap between idea and execution.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings clearly.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
