About the Role

We’re an industrial staffing company looking for an intern who can support our inside sales team by handling outbound emails, data entry, and organized follow-up. No cold calling, no phone hustle — just clean communication, accurate data, and reliable execution.

If you’re organized, detail-driven, and can fire off professional emails like a champ, this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

  • Send outbound emails to potential clients, warm leads, and follow-ups.
  • Update CRM and internal systems with accurate activity tracking and client details.
  • Assist the sales team with research on companies, contacts, and target markets.
  • Input, update, and clean data across multiple platforms (CRM, spreadsheets, tracking sheets).
  • Build simple reports and summaries for sales activity and outreach performance.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns with email-driven tasks.
  • Help with special projects like list building, data clean-up, and market research.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated (business, marketing, HR, or similar is a plus).
  • Strong written communication — clear, professional, and confident.
  • Fast, accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in CRMs, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Learn

  • How real sales pipelines work (beyond classroom theory).
  • Email outreach strategy that actually generates responses.
  • How to maintain a clean, high-functioning CRM.
  • Industrial staffing basics — wage trends, client needs, hiring cycles.
  • Professional data management and reporting skills.

Why This Internship Is Worth Your Time

  • Flexible hours that fit around school commitments.
  • Direct support and training from experienced sales leaders.
  • Real responsibility and real experience (no coffee-running).
  • Opportunity for growth into a full-time role if you perform well.
  • A fast-moving work environment where you’ll actually contribute, not just observe.
