Product Management Intern
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to support our Office and Lighting product portfolio at Goods iQ, working across brands including Bostitch, LockerMate, and PureOptics. You’ll work directly with the Product Team to support new product development, optimize existing assortments, and analyze performance across customer channels.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept through launch for Office and Lighting categories
- Conduct competitive research across Amazon and retail channels to benchmark features, pricing, and positioning
- Support product detail page optimization (content, images, A+ content, and keyword strategy)
- Analyze sales performance, customer reviews, and market trends to identify product opportunities
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales) to support product launches and updates
- Help track key metrics including sales, margin, conversion rate, and return rates
- Assist in organizing product data, specifications, and documentation for internal systems and retailer requirements
- Support innovation pipeline efforts, including idea generation, concept validation, and assortment planning
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Merchandising, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Interest in consumer products, product development, and e-commerce
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
