Recruiter Intern (Full-Time Conversion Track)
Note: This is a 3-month remote, unpaid internship with the potential to convert to a full-time paid position based on performance.
OCBridge is an AI-powered recruiting firm headquartered in Silicon Valley. We help high-growth tech companies and startups hire faster and smarter — combining AI-powered sourcing, RPO delivery, and workflow automation. We don't do slow. We run lean, move fast, and punch above our weight on every search.
We're an early-stage startup doing big work — and we're building the next generation of recruiters who grow up thinking in AI tools, pipelines, and network, not spreadsheets and gut feel.
The Role
You'll be a full-desk recruiter from day one — owning candidate sourcing, pipeline management, client communication support, and delivery. This isn't a "post jobs and screen" role. You'll be trained to run real searches, manage stakeholders, and think like a talent consultant.
You'll work directly alongside senior team members and have clear visibility into every part of the business — client relationships, delivery strategy, and the AI tooling we use to improve hiring efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and AI-assisted platforms for active client searches
- Screen candidates via structured calls — qualify fit on skills, availability, compensation, and motivation
- Manage pipelines end-to-end: track progress, update ATS, and keep searches moving on timeline
- Support client communication — help draft updates, prepare candidate summaries, and coordinate interviews
- Use AI tools such as sourcing automation, outreach sequences and so on to deliver business results
- Contribute to process improvement — if you spot a faster way, say it
What We're Looking For
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Bilingual Mandarin a strong plus)
- Highly organized — you don't drop balls
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Internship or project experience in recruiting, sales, HR, or business operations
- Experience working cross-culturally or with global teams
- Genuinely curious about entrepreneurship, HR tech, and how companies hire.
