📦 Studio Support + Order Fulfillment

Part-Time | 10–15 hours/week

Schedule: 3+ days/week (in-studio)
Compensation: $16/hour + performance-based bonus
Start Date: ASAP

✨ The Role

This role supports the behind-the-scenes rhythm of JM Botanicals.

From product preparation to order fulfillment, you’ll help ensure every detail is handled with care — creating a seamless experience from studio to customer.

🛁 What You’ll Do

Prepare products (labeling, finishing, organizing)

Pack and fulfill orders with precision and consistency

Organize inventory for markets and studio flow

Pack/unpack materials for markets and events

Maintain a clean, calm, and intentional workspace

Support restocking, inventory tracking, and product flow

🛍️ Market Sales Associate

Part-Time | Seasonal / As Scheduled

Schedule: Weekends + select weekday markets
Compensation: $16-$20/hour + commission + paid travel time
Location: Columbus + Central Ohio markets

✨ The Role

This is a sales + experience-driven position.

You’ll represent JM Botanicals in person — creating meaningful interactions, guiding customers through products, and driving sales through connection (not pressure).

🛁 What You’ll Do

Transport inventory and assist with market setup/breakdown

Create a clean, elevated, on-brand booth experience

Engage customers and guide them through product selection

Educate on ingredients, benefits, and rituals

Recommend product pairings and routines

Actively contribute to daily sales goals

🌿 Requirements

Reliable transportation + weekend availability

Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with full setup

Comfortable transporting inventory

Strong communication and customer interaction skills

Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred
