Brand Ambassador and Content Assistant

Job Description:

We are Seoulmate, a fast-growing, family-owned Korean-American food brand (Kimchi & Craft Pickles) currently scaling into Central Market and HEB. We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented "Brand Ambassador" based in the DFW area to be our boots-on-the-ground support.

This is a hybrid role that combines retail operations with creative content production. You will be the bridge between our kitchen, our retail partners, and our digital community.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Audits: Visit/Call Central Market locations weekly to check inventory levels, ensure proper shelf placement, and build relationships with store managers.

Content Production: Visit our home kitchen once a week to film "Behind the Scenes" content with our founder (the heart of our recipes). You will capture raw footage of the process, storytelling, and food hacks.

Requirements:

Location: Must be based in the DFW area (Dallas/Carrollton) and have a reliable vehicle.

Content Skills: Proficiency in filming high-quality vertical video (iPhone 13 or newer preferred) and a basic eye for food aesthetics.

Personality: You must be comfortable interacting with retail managers
