About Us: Gold Arrow Camp (GAC) is a residential summer camp in the Sierra National Forest in California. We primarily offer two-week sessions for campers ages 6-14. We are looking for a meticulous and organized Digital Asset Coordinator to join our team to manage our photo and video content. If you are passionate about digital media and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! Ideal for students interested in marketing, digital media, or content management.
Position Overview: The Digital Asset Coordinator will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and uploading GAC’s photos and videos. The role will work closely with the Media Team and Media Program Head, who manages the photographer and videographers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, label, and tag photos in Lightroom according to systems in place
- Work with Media Program Head to determine photo retakes and photographer feedback
- Upload photos three times weekly for camp families
- Select best photos to be used for marketing purposes and regularly upload to Smugmug for GAC team
- Manage and upload videos to GAC’s YouTube account
Qualifications:
- Experience with Lightroom
- Photo editing experience
- Extremely organized with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Workspace)
