Spring Break Art Camp Begins April 6th, 2026 through April 10th, 2026. Summer Art Camp Begins June 8th , 2026 through June 26th, 2026 and July 13th, 2026 through July 17th, 2926.
The MCMA Education Department is currently accepting applications for a Clay Hand-building teacher position. MCMA Teaching Artists are responsible for developing lesson plans and leading a classroom of 20 students with the help of a parapro and volunteer counselors and counselors in training. Teaching Artists are also responsible for prepping for class and class cleanup, ensuring student safety, and making sure that students' artwork is constructed as soundly as possible in order to make it through the kiln firing process. Applicants should have moderate clay experience as well as experience working with children ages 7-12. Applicants will need to pass a background check and will need 1 hour of mandated reporter training before being hired for this job.

- $750 per week
