Paid Summer Real Estate Intern. But make it a career launcher.
The Breitenbach Advisory Team is looking for 1–2 summer interns to join our team for the 2026 season.
We're a top-performing Compass team led by Matthew Breitenbach — over $1.25B in team sales, operating at the highest level of the Hamptons luxury market. Our clients include hedge fund principals, entertainment executives, and multi-generational families.
This isn't a coffee-and-copies internship. You'll be in the field, in the meetings, and in the middle of real transactions on some of the most valuable residential real estate in the country.
What you'd be doing:
→ Supporting showings and open houses on $5M–$50M+ properties
→ Assisting with listing launches — coordinating photographers, stagers, and vendors
→ Researching comparable sales, market data, and neighborhood intel
→ Helping execute marketing campaigns across social, email, and print
→ Learning CRM management, deal tracking, and operational systems (Monday.com, Slack, Compass tools)
→ Attending team meetings and client strategy sessions
Who we're looking for:
→ College junior/senior or recent grad interested in real estate, finance, marketing, or entrepreneurship
→ Based in or able to be in the Hamptons area for the summer (housing not provided)
→ Polished, professional, and comfortable in luxury environments
→ Detail-oriented and proactive — you see what needs doing and you do it
→ Strong written and verbal communication
→ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What you get:
→ Direct exposure to how a top luxury real estate team actually operates
→ Mentorship from a billion-dollar broker and a hands-on operations team
→ Real experience on real deals — not busywork
→ A network in Hamptons real estate that takes most people years to build
→ Letter of recommendation for standout performers
This is a paid internship running approximately May/June through Labor Day.
