Position Overview

This internship is designed for students interested in website design, user experience, and digital presentation within the entertainment industry.

The intern will support the design and development of website pages across the Asjai Lou Casting brand, helping to create clear, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences.

This is a training-focused, portfolio-building internship where interns will work on real website pages, landing pages, and digital layouts that are actively used by the business.

Responsibilities (Training-Based)

  • Assist in designing and updating website pages (Shopify, Canva, or similar platforms)
  • Support creation of landing pages for products, programs, and casting opportunities
  • Improve layout, structure, and user flow across key pages
  • Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and visual presentation
  • Organize and structure website content for clarity and usability

 

Mentorship & Learning Structure

  • Weekly check-ins and feedback sessions
  • Guided support on design decisions and user experience
  • Project-based learning with portfolio-ready outcomes
  • Exposure to real business and digital strategy

 

Qualifications

  • Currently a junior or senior (or equivalent experience) in Web Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Strong interest in website design and user experience
  • Ability to translate ideas into clean, functional web layouts
  • Strong attention to detail and visual organization

 

Preferred Majors / Backgrounds

  • Web Design
  • UX/UI Design
  • Graphic Design (with web experience)
  • Digital Design or Interactive Media

Students with relevant portfolio work in website or digital layout design are encouraged to apply.

  • Responsive Design (mobile + desktop)

Internship Overview

This internship is an educational, project-based learning experience designed for students interested in technology, casting, media, creative production, and storytelling.

Interns will learn how to apply their existing skills—whether in technology, design, or creative disciplines—into real-world media and storytelling environments.

Through guided projects and mentorship, students will gain hands-on experience in how stories are developed, supported by technology, and brought to life across television, digital media, and branded content.

Compensation & Academic Credit

This is an unpaid educational internship designed to provide hands-on training in technology, casting, media, and creative production.

Asjai Lou Casting LLC supports students seeking academic credit where applicable and will provide documentation and supervision required by the student’s academic program.

 

This internship is structured as a learning experience and does not replace the work of paid employees.
