🚀 About the Role

Xtreme Reality VR is hiring part-time event staff to help run our multiplayer VR experiences at local festivals, parties, and corporate events.

This is a fun, fast-paced role where you’ll interact with guests, help them use VR equipment, and be part of a high-energy event environment.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Set up and break down VR equipment

Help guests get started with gameplay

Manage player flow and timing

Create a fun and welcoming experience

Ensure safe operation inside the play area

Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people

Great with kids and families

Available most weekends

Comfortable working outdoors at events

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable transportation within San Diego County
