What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurant and facility decision makers
- Prospect new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Use a solution-selling approach to match customers with the right Kitchen Guard services
- Inspect kitchen exhaust hoods, fans, ducts, and filters to assess condition and recommend appropriate service options
- Climb ladders and access rooftops safely to evaluate systems when needed
- Present and negotiate service agreements and renewals
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
- Follow up on leads promptly and manage the sales pipeline to meet monthly goals ($40K target)
- Maintain organized records in CRM and assist with collections when necessary
What We’re Looking For
- B2B sales experience preferred (restaurant, janitorial, HVAC, safety services, or facilities a plus)
- Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door outreach — you enjoy meeting new people
- Strong phone and computer skills (MS Office and CRM basics)
- Excellent communication — able to build trust and explain technical services clearly
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Physically capable of climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and inspecting greasy exhaust systems safely
- Eager to close more and more contracts — and make more money through commissions
- Highly organized and self-motivated — able to work independently
- A positive, persistent attitude and problem-solving mindset
Typical Day
You’ll spend about 80% of your time out in the field connecting with clients and 20% managing follow-ups, quotes, and leads from your laptop or phone. Every day brings new conversations and new places — you’ll never be stuck behind a desk.
Schedule
- Weekdays, flexible hours based on appointments
- Occasional evening visits for restaurant clients

Pay: $25,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
