Social Media Content Poster — Oasis Talent Group
Oasis Talent Group is a premium Social Media management and growth agency representing top content creators. We're looking for detail-oriented, social media-savvy individuals to join our team as Social Media Content Posters.
What You'll Do:
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram (Reels, Stories, Carousels) for multiple creator accounts using our content calendars and SOPs
- Ensure posts go live on time with correct captions, hashtags, audio, and tags
- Monitor posting quality and flag any issues immediately
- Communicate with the team via Slack/text to confirm daily posting completions
- Follow brand and content guidelines specific to each client
What We're Looking For:
- Strong familiarity with Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed posts, formatting best practices)
- Highly organized and reliable — posting schedules are non-negotiable
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Fast communicator who can work in a remote, async environment
- Available to post during peak engagement windows (evenings/weekends may be required)
- Interest in the creator economy, social media marketing, or talent management is a plus
