The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who understands modern digital creative — especially paid social and UGC-style content.
This is not a traditional print design role. You’ll spend most of your time developing:
- Paid social ads
- Email and landing page creative
- Website content
- Partner marketing assets
- Out-of-home placements
- Social-first video and motion content
You should be comfortable creating static design, motion graphics, and scrappy, high-performing social videos that feel native to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-converting paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Create scroll-stopping ad variations for testing and performance optimization
- Develop email graphics and landing page creative
- Build website visuals and campaign branding elements
- Design out-of-home and partner-facing marketing materials
- Edit short-form social videos (UGC-style ads, hooks, testimonials, promo cuts)
- Add motion graphics, captions, and overlays for performance creative
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to iterate based on results
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong portfolio showing:
- Paid social ad creative
- Digital marketing assets
- Short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
- Strong understanding of social media trends and UGC-style content
- Ability to design for performance (clear hooks, bold messaging, thumb-stopping visuals)
- Comfortable working quickly and iterating often
- Excellent typography and layout skills
- Strong attention to detail
Bonus points for:
- Experience working with sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or luxury brands
- Experience building ad creative for performance marketing teams
- Experience creating UGC-style paid ads
- Basic photography skills
