Role Description: The Fragrance Content Intern assists in creating fragrance-related content that aligns with brand identity and marketing goals. This role offers hands-on experience in content creation, branding, and digital marketing within a creative environment.

The Ideal Candidate: A creative, detail-oriented individual with a passion for fragrances, storytelling, and digital media. Strong writing skills, aesthetic sense, and trend awareness are key.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assists in creating and curating fragrance-related content across digital platforms.
  • Supports the development of compelling storytelling that aligns with the brand’s voice.
  • Conducts research on fragrance trends, ingredients, and industry insights.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to produce engaging social media, blog, and website content.
  • Ensures all content maintains a consistent tone, style, and visual appeal.
  • Helps manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely publishing.
  • Assists in analyzing content performance and suggests optimizations.
  • Stays up to date with fragrance industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences.
  • Consistently produce engaging, high-quality, and audience-focused content.

Qualifications 

  • Strong interest in fragrances, storytelling, and digital content creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a creative approach.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • Basic knowledge of photography, video editing, or graphic design is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

About Us: Slate Brands is a beauty brand incubator, providing end-to-end services to build and scale beauty brands. Our portfolio includes talent-led, white-label, and in-house brands.

Details: Our office is located in Brooklyn, NY, but this is a remote position. This is an unpaid internship with the opportunity to become a paid internship. We are looking for a minimum of 15 hours a week, and are flexible to your schedule. Candidates can receive college credit for this internship.
