Market Intelligence Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Intelligence Associate to support U.S. healthcare market expansion through structured research, opportunity identification, and brand development support.

This role combines market intelligence, distributor research, bid opportunity monitoring, and digital marketing execution. The position works closely with business development and leadership to support channel growth and brand visibility in the U.S. healthcare market.

This is an execution-focused role suited for candidates who are analytical, organized, and comfortable working across research and marketing tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Market Intelligence & Competitive Research

  • Conduct structured research on healthcare distributors, GPOs, and purchasing networks
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and product positioning
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and channel strategies
  • Maintain organized market intelligence reports

2️⃣ Lead & Channel Research

  • Identify potential distributor partners and channel opportunities
  • Build and maintain structured prospect databases
  • Evaluate potential partner fit based on product portfolio and geographic coverage
  • Provide qualified leads to the business development team

3️⃣ Bid & Contract Monitoring

  • Monitor healthcare procurement portals and bid platforms
  • Track government, hospital system, and GPO contract opportunities
  • Maintain bid calendars and submission tracking
  • Assist with preparation of bid documentation and materials

4️⃣ Marketing Content & Digital Presence

  • Support development of marketing materials and product presentations
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and outreach content
  • Support website updates and SEO optimization efforts
  • Help maintain company presence on LinkedIn and other digital platforms
  • Coordinate marketing materials for trade shows and industry events

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field)
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with structured data and online research
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Preferred

  • Exposure to healthcare, medical device, or regulated industries
  • Experience with market research, digital marketing, or business analysis
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, SEO tools, or marketing platforms
