THE BRAND

Before it was a brand, it was a world. Moncho Moreno built his reputation across Hollywood sets and Madrid's most exclusive salons — the kind of clientele that doesn't look for product, they wait for it. Since launching in 2020, Moncho Moreno haircare has landed in 800 select pharmacies, Harrods, El Corte Inglés, Druni, Douglas, and monchomoreno.com. Now the brand has planted its US flag in Miami — entering Target across 600 doors — and the team building that future starts now.

 

 

THE ROLE

This is not a "post content and track clicks" job. You'll be embedded in the US operation from day one — working directly with Moncho Moreno and co-founder Berta Martin (@berta_martinsainz) on the full picture: eCommerce performance, influencer strategy, retail partnerships, pop-ups, industry events, and brand activations. Moncho and Berta lead the brand together — as business partners and as a couple — which means the creative vision, the commercial strategy, and the day-to-day decisions all happen in the same room you'll be in.

This role is built for someone entrepreneurial — someone who wants to see how the whole thing works, not just their slice of it. You'll move across functions, connect the dots, and understand the full anatomy of a luxury brand scaling in a new market. If you've ever thought about building something of your own one day, this is the education you can't get in a classroom.

Salary: Up to $4,400/month based on experience Main Office: Key Biscayne This role is fully in-person. No remote. Coming Soon: Coral Gables flagship salon opening on Miracle Mile later this year — you'll be part of that launch from day one. Must be authorized to work in the United States. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Day-to-day eCommerce operations across Shopify and Amazon (listings, performance, strategy)
  • Influencer marketing execution via ShopMy and social commerce — you'll be in the conversations, not just scheduling them
  • Support for a 600-door Target launch alongside Sephora, Ulta, and select department store expansion
  • Hands-on brand activations: pop-ups, industry fairs, trade shows, and live events — on the floor, not behind a screen
  • Competitive and market analysis to inform growth strategy
  • Reporting and metrics that actually get read and acted on

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

A recent graduate (or about to be) with genuine beauty obsession and the business instincts to match. You're stylish, sharp, and entrepreneurial by nature — you want to understand why decisions get made, not just execute them. You thrive in fast-moving, founder-led environments where initiative is noticed and rewarded. Fluent in English and Spanish — our founder, Berta, and the Spain-based team work in Spanish daily, and it's essential to how this role operates.

You're not looking for a corporate rotation program. You're looking for the real thing.
