Personal Assistant for High Net-Worth Entrepreneur

Part-time Personal Assistant to High Net-Worth Entrepreneur:

 We’re looking for someone who lives in Miami or very close since this position is based in Miami Beach. You must have a car and be able to drive around Miami Beach.  This position is half in-person and half remote. You must have assistant experience, whether it was making calls, errands, medical billing, health insurance, booking travel, scheduling, building presentation decks, etc. Having creative experience is a plus. Part-time pay is negotiable. This position has great potential to grow in the company.

Key tasks:

  • Running errands: Groceries, dry-cleaning, purchases and returns
  • House management: Scheduling repairs, deliveries, managing storage unit, etc.
  • Phone calls: Dealing with customer service, making appointments, etc.
  • Scheduling: Managing and scheduling meetings, appointments, etc.
  • Billing: Credit cards, utilities, purchases and returns, medical billing
  • Tech skills: Must be a Mac person. MicroSoft Word, Excel, Calendar, some AI. 
  • Resourceful: Assembling small items, great with assembly instructions
  • Creative Skills: Building pitch decks, letter writing, reading, perhaps experience in AI content creation such as Sora, Seedance2 (but not imperative,) etc.
  • Must have a great positive attitude.
