Internship Overview
In this position, you will support Tandem’s marketing and community engagement initiatives across the Greater Boston area. A key part of this role includes driving the Tandem mobile clinic van to apartment communities and event locations while helping promote services during onsite clinics and building relationships with partners. The intern will assist with marketing campaigns and event execution in collaboration with our marketing team. This position offers hands-on experience in field marketing, brand promotion, and community outreach.

Qualifications

Required

• Pursuing or graduated with a bachelor's degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Hours must be flexible. Willing to work some weekends
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs and driver's license with access to a car
• Great time management skills
• Ability to work in a team environment while also able to work independently

Preferred

• Degree in Marketing, sales, or communications
• Experience driving vans or other large vehicles
• Experience in sales and/or partner relationship management
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing

Responsibilities

• Driving the company van 3-4 days/week
• Building relationships with partnered building managers
• Promoting Tandem onsite during mobile clinic hours
• Assist with event planning and execution
• Collaborating with marketing team on different campaigns and strategies
• Assist with social media content creation
