Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant who serves as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is a hybrid of office administration and customer service, requiring a friendly demeanor and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Phone & Communication: Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism. Direct inquiries, take detailed messages, and provide clear information to clients.
- Customer Support: Act as a primary resource for customer questions, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Office Administration: Organize files, schedule appointments, process paperwork, and assist management with daily operational tasks.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records and update internal databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must. You should be comfortable speaking with a diverse range of personalities.
- Phone Etiquette: Proven experience managing multi-line phone systems and maintaining a "smile in your voice" under pressure.
- Organization: A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
