Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant who serves as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is a hybrid of office administration and customer service, requiring a friendly demeanor and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Phone & Communication: Manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism. Direct inquiries, take detailed messages, and provide clear information to clients.
  • Customer Support: Act as a primary resource for customer questions, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Office Administration: Organize files, schedule appointments, process paperwork, and assist management with daily operational tasks.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate client records and update internal databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must. You should be comfortable speaking with a diverse range of personalities.
  • Phone Etiquette: Proven experience managing multi-line phone systems and maintaining a "smile in your voice" under pressure.
  • Organization: A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.

Bonus Points (Preferred):

  • Social Media Experience: Experience managing business profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), creating basic content, or responding to social media inquiries.
