across technology, financial services, healthcare, industrials, and consumer sectors.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a mission-aligned, intellectually sharp, and operationally exceptional Chief of Sta+ to work
directly with Shiv Puri— entrepreneur, long-term investor, institution builder and philanthropic leader—on
a dynamic portfolio spanning global investing, education reform and philanthropy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead cross-functional and cross-institutional special projects from concept to execution across
investments, philanthropy, AI implementation initiatives, and broader public initiatives.
• Draft and refine high-stakes communications
• Ensure smooth functioning of all internal operations globally
• Liaise with a wide range of stakeholders: investors, service providers, media etc
• Build and maintain trust across a high-value network of institutional and philanthropic
relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience
• 3-5 years in top tier strategy consulting, investing or founder-led ventures.
• Exposure to Asia-India-US geographies and multi-stakeholder institutions strongly preferred.
• Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top tier institution
Skills & Attributes
• First-rate strategic thinker with excellent writing and communication ability.
• Relentless executor with strong project management instincts and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in using AI tools and modern technology platforms to enhance research,
analysis, and productivity. Familiarity with emerging AI workflows and the ability to quickly adapt
to new tools is strongly preferred
