Digital Marketing Intern

Are you obsessed with marketing, love analyzing what makes people click, and think pickleball is the greatest sport ever invented?

Deal & Dink — one of the fastest-growing brands in the pickleball space — is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help us scale our marketing efforts and reach even more players.

Our content has already generated millions of views across TikTok and Instagram, and we’re just getting started.

This role is perfect for someone who wants real hands-on marketing experience, from email campaigns to social media strategy and paid ad optimization.

What You’ll Do:

Email Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for new email campaigns
  • Design and build emails (product launches, promotions, storytelling, etc.)
  • Execute email campaigns and schedule sends
  • Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
  • Identify ways to improve engagement and grow our email list

Social Media Strategy & Content

  • Brainstorm new social media content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Track and organize content ideas and trends
  • Research what other brands in sports, games, and lifestyle are doing on social media
  • Help test viral ideas and creative hooks for content

Paid Advertising & Growth

  • Assist in optimizing our paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Analyze ad performance data and suggest creative improvements
  • Help test new marketing angles, creatives, and hooks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong interest in marketing, startups, and digital growth
  • Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming new campaign ideas
  • Comfortable analyzing data and learning from performance metrics
  • Organized self-starter who can manage ideas and projects independently
  • Interest in pickleball or sports culture (not required — just good vibes)

Bonus Points If

  • You’ve created content for TikTok or Instagram
  • You have experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • You have basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
  • You enjoy studying viral marketing or brand growth
