Currently in pre-launch, SocialReserv is building a premium lifestyle brand and scalable tech platform centered on access, curation, and elevated social experiences.
The Role
We are seeking a polished, highly organized Operations & Community Assistant to work directly with the Founder. This role supports event production, member experience, and strategic outreach as we scale toward launch.
The position is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in NYC and available to commute for in-person events, restaurant visits, and occasional meetings.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing curated dining events
Coordinate directly with restaurant partners and venues
Support ambassador and influencer outreach
Manage member communications via email and social platforms
Help oversee guest lists, reservations, and event logistics
Conduct light market and partnership research
Represent the brand professionally at events
Ideal Candidate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Polished, professional, and confident in person
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable interacting with high-caliber professionals
Proactive and able to anticipate needs
Interested in startups, hospitality, media, fashion, or tech
Based in NYC
Bonus if you have experience in events, community building, hospitality, or brand partnerships.
