Human Resources Intern
The Human Resources and Operations internship is a part-time position assisting our HR Manager and Market Operations Director with various human resource and store operation tasks. Ideally this position will begin in May 2025 and continue throughout the duration of the candidate's school tenure. This position will work with our 60 franchise restaurant locations throughout the southeast from our home office here in Athens, Georgia.
General Duties:
- Daily metrics and shift report reviews
- Personnel file creation and management
- Annual health insurance eligibility analysis and enrollment processes
- Assist recruitment staff with new hire on-boarding and hiring processes
- Various business analysis projects
- Assist with creation and management on training and operations materials
- Assist with answering incoming questions regarding general HR and operations issues
- Maintenance and expansion of multiple low code development platforms
- Communicate time-sensitive information to management teams across multiple states
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Ability to work between 20-25 hours per week (Monday through Friday)
- Comfortable with office technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, & Adobe)
- Excel experience is a PLUS (we use a lot of spreadsheets)
- AirTable and SmartSheet experience is a PLUS
- Professional, courteous, and energetic
