Digital Marketing Coordinator

Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator (Part-Time)

Ann’s Natural Grocery & Nutrition is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing & Community Coordinator to help grow our digital presence and drive measurable foot traffic to our Arlington store.

This role is ideal for a marketing student or early-career professional who wants real-world experience running campaigns, analyzing results, and building marketing systems inside a growing local business.

You will gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, email marketing (Mailchimp), paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads), event marketing, and marketing analytics.

Pay: $15/hour
Hours: 5–15 per week (flexible)
Location: Downtown Arlington, TX (hybrid – remote + weekly in-store visit)

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and Nextdoor
  • Take weekly in-store photos and short-form video content
  • Design graphics using Canva
  • Build and send monthly newsletters using Mailchimp
  • Track open rates and click-through performance
  • Assist in launching and monitoring Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Support geo-targeted campaigns around major local events
  • Help track campaign performance and summarize results
  • Set up in-store signage and assist with promotional displays

Skills We’re Looking For

We are more interested in skills and initiative than years of experience.

Required:

  • Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook platforms
  • Experience (coursework or hands-on) with Mailchimp
  • Comfortable using Canva
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Organized and self-motivated

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Interest in marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush
  • Interest in marketing automation
