Position Overview

Rubicon Talent is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Summer Intern to support our team across graphic design, social media, and presentation development. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in sports, entertainment, branding, and digital marketing. The intern will gain hands-on experience contributing to real client projects and agency initiatives. We are seeking proactive, motivated, engaged candidates that are eager to contribute, think critically, and are looking to gain first-hand industry experience in a fast-paced sports & entertainment environment. 

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create branded social graphics, mockups, and marketing assets

• Assist in developing visual concepts for client campaigns

• Resize and adapt assets for various digital platforms

• Maintain visual consistency across brand materials

Social Media

• Assist in content planning and scheduling

• Design and format Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X graphics

• Support copywriting for posts and captions

• Monitor trends and provide creative content ideas

• Track performance metrics and compile recap reports

Deck & Presentation Development

• Build and design brand partnership decks and pitch presentations

• Create media kits and one-sheets for talent

• Assist with research and organization of case studies

• Ensure presentations are visually compelling and aligned with client branding

Qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduate (Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Sports Management, or related field preferred)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva

• Strong PowerPoint and/or Keynote skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends

• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in sports, media, and talent representation a plus
