💼 Position Overview

The Vacation Booking Specialist is responsible for assisting clients with researching, planning, and booking travel experiences including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and all-inclusive resorts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, organization, and creating memorable experiences.

No prior travel industry experience is required — training is provided.

🧳 Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budgets

Research and present vacation options

Book and manage travel reservations (air, hotel, cruise, excursions, etc.)

Communicate with vendors and suppliers

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and promotions

Assist with group travel coordination when applicable

Maintain organized client records and follow-ups
